Principal Occupational & Accredited Lymphoedema Therapist (Advanced training)

Roshan graduated from Sydney University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. 

She built experience in community and hospital based positions in Australia and overseas including Stroke Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Upper limb rehabilitation, Mental Health and Aged Care. 

Roshan developed a passion for Lymphoedema management whilst working in private practice in Brisbane completing Level 1  and Advanced Lymphoedema Management courses. Her interest areas also include Dementia care, Neurological rehabilitation, Cognitive Rehabilitation and Aged Care. 

Roshan moved to the Northern Rivers region in 2013 and started Northern Rivers Occupational Therapy to provide Lymphoedema Management and Occupational Therapy services to the region.  

She enjoys exploring the beautiful Northern Rivers region, gardening, jogging and spending time with friends and family. She loves the community spirit in the Northern Rivers region and the endless possibilities to be active outdoors with her two very active and gorgeous kids.  

Northern Rivers OT has grown and became Northern Rivers Collaborative Care in July 2021. We have welcomed Occupational Therapists, Vicki and Sabrina to our team as well as Therapy Assistants, Tiahna and Lara enabling us to provide increased OT and Lymphoedema support to our region and additional options for cost effective services through Therapy Assistants.

Northern Rivers Collaborative Care is co-located with a highly experience dietitian service, Body Balance Nutrition.

We have strong connections with other service and equipment providers in our local community to provide a wholistic, collaborative approach.
